Rafael Cuevas

Rafael Cuevas serves as the Director of Reentry at ReEvolution. After seventeen years of incarceration, Rafael was paroled in January 2022 and has since dedicated himself to supporting others in their reentry journeys. He has a strong background in facilitating self-help groups and reentry support, having served as an inside facilitator for the Guiding Rage Into Power (GRIP) program for five cycles prior to his release. Rafael’s commitment to social welfare and his community is evident through his work at ReEvolution, where he focuses on reducing recidivism and helping formerly incarcerated individuals successfully reintegrate into society.
